You can use this return service to easily return products to us free of charge.

For the return of goods to TURCK, please observe the following information and our return conditions.

Please note

Due to legal requirements and in order to protect our employees and operating facilities, it is mandatory to include a decontamination declaration with every return shipment.

Please complete our decontamination declaration PDF in full and attach the declaration clearly visible to the outside of your shipment.

The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the sender.
