TBIL-EMN-8AX

TURCK's TBIL-EMN-8AX offers eight universal channels for current and voltage and, thanks to its IP67 rating, can be installed directly in the field
TURCK is expanding its Efficiency Line with the TBIL-EMN-8AX IO-Link hub for analog signals. The eight universal channels can be configured as analog inputs for 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, or 0–25 mA, as an analog output, or as a digital input. A single module thus acquires and controls analog signals. Machine builders can standardize on a single device type, reducing development effort, spare parts requirements, and system costs.
IP67 allows for field installation and eliminates the need for control boxes
The IO-Link hub meets IP67 protection standards and operates at temperatures ranging from -25 °C to 60 °C. It is installed directly in the field and does not require a control cabinet. The connections are designed as shielded metal connectors. This reduces cabling and installation effort, shortens commissioning time, and lays the foundation for modular machine designs.
Efficiency Line with high signal density with IO-Link Class A
With the TBIL-EMN-8AX and the TBEN-ELL-8IOLA and TBEN-ELAE-8IOLA, as well as the TBIL-EMN-16DIP and TBIL-EMN-16DXP digital hubs, the TURCK Efficiency Line can now fully meet analog requirements. Via the Class A IO-Link interface, an IO-Link master connects up to 64 analog channels per IP address. Applications include battery cell production, data centers, and intralogistics.
