Whistleblowing

The TURCK Group whistleblower platform offers you a secure and confidential way to report possible violations — anonymously, globally accessible and in compliance with the law. Together, we strengthen integrity and responsibility within our company.

Turck Sp. z o.o. uses the TURCK Group's global whistleblowing platform, which serves as an internal reporting channel also for persons submitting reports concerning Turck Sp. z o.o. The platform enables secure and confidential reporting of potential violations, including - where permitted under the applicable internal procedure - anonymous reports.
Reports are received and handled in accordance with the internal reporting procedure of Turck Sp. z o.o. and the Polish Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
Where a contact address has been provided, receipt of the report will be acknowledged within 7 days and feedback will be provided within the time limit laid down in the applicable procedure, not exceeding the statutory maximum.
Reports may be submitted via: sicher-melden.de/turckgroup.
Irrespective of the internal reporting channel, an eligible whistleblower may submit an external report to the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich) or the competent public authority and, where applicable, to the competent institution, body, office or agency of the European Union.
