You can use this return service to easily return products to us free of charge.
This returns service allows you to return goods to us without any problems and free of charge.
Please consider our return conditions in any case.
Please note:
Due to legal regulations and for the protection of our employees and operating equipment, it is imperative that you enclose a declaration of decontamination with the consignment. We offer two variants of the product return with decontamination declaration.
a. Please fill in the fields below completely and click on "Continue". You will then receive a pre-franked address label and a completed decontamination declaration to print out and affix to your shipment.
b. Alternatively, you can send your shipment back to us at your own expense. Please complete our decontamination declaration as a PDF file and attach the declaration to the outside of your shipment.
