Challenge

Temperature and humidity are parameters that must be constantly controlled in many areas of production and storage of finished products in order to ensure the quality declared by the manufacturer and expected by the customer. Checking parameters and reporting them manually is usually tedious and time-consuming, especially in large warehouse areas and with a large number of required measuring points. The collection of this data, its documentation and the way it is presented can be easily and inexpensively automated. Thanks to this, we do not involve staff, prevent losses and minimize the possibility of data manipulation.

Solution

Sensors located at critical points in the storage or production area transmit data about the current climate parameters to the controller, which, depending on the requirements of the application, can present the data on the local operator panel, transmit the data to the cloud or to other existing/external systems.
