TURCK’s NIMFE weld nut sensors ensure reliable presence detection of weld nuts, sleeves, and other ferromagnetic components in automated manufacturing processes. The sensor also serves as the mounting bolt, thereby reducing installation effort. Thanks to its robust design, IP67 protection rating, and the option to use stainless steel centering sleeves, it is ideally suited for harsh industrial environments. CMMT offers a particularly versatile form of condition monitoring: The condition monitoring sensor detects changes in the magnetic field along three axes, calculates the vector sum, and also measures temperature. This allows for contactless detection of movements, rotation, or changes in the state of magnetic components—even in locations where optical sensors have no line of sight. IO-Link, the Smart Sensor Profile, and the TAS Magnetic Field Monitor simplify visualization and parameterization. This creates new diagnostic possibilities for motors, processes, and hidden movements with minimal integration effort.
