Dynamic inclinometers with CANopen
TURCK's MEMS/gyroscope sensors now also available with CANopen interface for mobile machines
Benefits
Easy to install thanks to the spirit level function
High availability thanks to shock resistance up to 200 g and IP69K degree of protection
Fast and precise sensor data for precise control in dynamic applications
TURCK now also offers its QR20 inclinometers with a CANopen interface, thus expanding the existing range with IO-Link, switching and analog outputs. With their wide supply voltage range of 8 to 36 VDC and E1 approval, the new CANopen inclinometers are ideally suited for use in mobile machines such as wheel loaders, tippers or telescopic platforms. The patented spirit level function enables quick and easy installation.
Precision through fusion of gyroscope and MEMS sensors
All QR20 inclinometers are available as single-axis devices for static (B1N) or dynamic applications (B1NF) as well as two-axis sensors for static (B2N) or dynamic applications (B2NF). The inclinometers use a combination of gyroscope signal and MEMS acceleration measurement, which compensates for shocks and vibrations more effectively than conventional sensors. This ensures precise and stable measurement even in moving or vibrating environments.
