TURCK is expanding its Fluid+ product series with the market's only IO-Link evaluation unit for remote flow sensors with plain text display and IP67 protection. The FS121 covers a wide range of applications through the flexible use of different probes, thus enabling significant cost savings. The flow sensor solution is particularly suitable for use in modular process skids , lubrication systems, compressor cooling systems in confined spaces, cleaning and washing facilities, and for applications in the food and beverage industry.
Efficient process integration and smart features
The robust FS121 with IP67 protection enables decentralized, cabinet-free installation close to the process, making it ideal for applications with few measuring points or individual placement requirements. It offers user-friendly operation thanks to its alphanumeric 12-segment plain-text display and the IO-Link Smart Sensor Profile (SSP), as well as other smart functions such as Quick Teach for fast setup and delta flow monitoring for monitoring flow changes.
Broad compatibility for a wide range of applications
The compact FS121 is compatible with the flow sensors in the FCS, FP100 (immersion sensors) and FCI (inline sensors) product series. It can be seamlessly integrated into decentralized automation solutions using TURCK's IO-Link TBEN I/O modules and the latest version of the TURCK Automation Suite (TAS), including TAS Cloud, which enables efficient provision and management of process and diagnostic data for IIoT applications.
