High demands on efficiency, range, and the integration of new drive technologies make it difficult to implement alternative drive systems in mobile machinery and commercial vehicles. TURCK addresses this challenge with robust automation solutions for Non-Road Electric Vehicles (NEVs) based on durable sensor technology, IO-Link devices, decentralized I/O, and CAN-based communication systems. Operational, status, and energy data are collected and processed in real time and integrated into vehicle control systems and IIoT systems. This enables precise monitoring of the battery, drive system, and peripherals, as well as data-driven optimization of performance and energy consumption. As a result, system efficiency, reliability, and service life increase, while emissions are reduced and sustainable drive concepts become economically viable.
