TURCK measures vibration, humidity, temperature, pressure, and airflow directly at the coolant distribution units (CDUs), chillers, fans, and in the control cabinet—in other words, right where failures occur. The data is transmitted seamlessly all the way to the monitoring system. Two exhibits at the booth demonstrate how this works.
Monitor flow in the cooling circuit before things get hot
Liquid cooling shifts the risk to the cooling circuit. If the flow rate in the Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) drops, the temperature at the servers rises. Flow sensors detect the deviation early and report it to the monitoring system before cooling performance becomes critical.
