TURCK offers complete solutions for the construction of RFID gates for identification tasks in logistics and intralogistics processes, for example for the safe detection of incoming and outgoing goods. All components, including the necessary middleware and software, are fully integrated, allowing the user to install and commission the gates without any additional programming. In addition to the software, the complete package consists of a Q180 UHF reader with four antennas, four coaxial cables, an Ethernet cable as well as the traverse and side bolsters for mounting the readers and antennas. As all components comply with protection class IP67, protective housings or switch cabinets are not required.
Middleware and expert knowledge included
The Q180 UHF reader is equipped with a pre-installed software interface with standardized RFID functionalities and REST API. Users and system integrators can thus save expensive consulting costs with the complete package and programming services. Because the components work together optimally, users minimize the risk of a wasted money and increase the detection reliability of the solution. Standardized interfaces as well as a programming-free installation also make it easier to schedule the commissioning of the identification points.
