TBEC-LL-16DXP

TURCK's TBEC-LL-16DXP offers 16 digital channels that can be configured as either inputs or outputs, housed in a fully encapsulated, rugged enclosure
TURCK is expanding its TBEC series of EtherCAT block modules with the universal digital module TBEC-LL-16DXP. The 16 channels can be configured either as PNP inputs or as outputs rated at 2 A. This allows users to meet different signal requirements with a single module type and reduce the number of variants in their projects. The module uses the proven TBEN-L housing, and the electronics are fully encapsulated.
Comprehensive family of modules for EtherCAT
The power supply is provided via a 5-pin, L-coded M12 connector. Together with the TBEC-LL-8IOL IO-Link master for Class A/B and the TBEC-LL-4RFID and TBEC-LL-4RFID-8DXP RFID modules for HF and UHF, the module forms a comprehensive EtherCAT family. This allows most project requirements to be fully met using universal digital, IO-Link, and RFID modules, all in IP67.
Integration with common engineering tools
TURCK provides three ESI files for integration: one for TwinCAT and CODESYS, one for Omron controllers running firmware version 1.4 or later, and one for Omron controllers with older firmware. In TwinCAT, all data points are available as individual variables. Configuration is therefore performed in the familiar engineering environment. TURCK supports EtherCAT as a primary protocol alongside PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and CC-Link IE.
