The TURCK Automation Suite combines app-based configuration, efficient asset management and secure remote services in one platform: scalable, intuitive and future-proof.

Proof of concept: With TAS Desktop and TAS Mobile, devices can be configured directly at the workstation and evaluated for feasibility studies. TAS Edge and TAS Cloud visualize data in test mode.

Design: TAS Desktop supports the configuration of controllers and IO-Link devices.

Manufacturing: TAS Desktop enables the batch configuration of sensors and I/O modules as well as the central installation of CODESYS control programs. Test runs can be monitored and logged using TAS Desktop or TAS Cloud.

Commissioning: TAS Desktop and TAS Mobile accelerate IP address assignment and CODESYS program management through batch processes. TAS Edge provides data for factory acceptance tests and anomaly detection — also AI-supported.

Service: TAS Edge continuously supplies operating data for condition monitoring and predictive analytics. TAS Cloud also enables alerting, remote service, streaming analyses and the implementation of its own service models.
