With the FS501 flow sensor, TURCK offers a reliable solution for recording water and cleaning agent consumption. The IO-Link Smart Sensor Profile enables standardized and comprehensive recording of relevant operating data such as wash cycles, operating hours, and water and solvent quantities. The totalizing function automatically adds up these values and makes them available directly via the IO-Link output. The sensors measure with an immersion sensor, which simplifies installation. Digital data acquisition eliminates manual recording and sources of error, while continuous data analysis unlocks potential for optimizing resource use and energy consumption. The solution thus supports sustainable production goals and helps to increase the efficiency of cleaning processes.
