Energy measurement module for BL20 I/O system
TURCK is expanding the BL20 I/O system with three-phase energy measurement terminals in order to provide a holistic energy management solution
Benefits
Flexible implementation with standards such as CODESYS and OPC UA instead of specific stand-alone solutions
Transparent display of energy data via clear dashboards, locally or in the cloud
Efficient option to analyze the energy requirements of machines and plants
TURCK is expanding its BL20 I/O system with three-phase energy measurement modules for 1 A or 5 A current transformers in order to provide a comprehensive energy management solution. The modules enable continuous monitoring of the energy consumption of one- or three-phase systems and allow easy integration into existing systems via multiprotocol Ethernet ( Profinet , EtherNet /IP, Modbus TCP), EtherCAT, OPC UA or MQTT. In addition, the solution can be expanded to include analog and IO-Link sensors as required to provide additional options for data acquisition and analysis.
Effective energy monitoring and optimization
By directly analyzing the energy data in Codesys, users receive immediate insights into their energy efficiency and can take appropriate optimization measures. The transparent display of energy data via clear dashboards, locally or in the cloud, enables users to effectively monitor their energy consumption data at any time and anywhere. The IP20-rated energy measurement modules are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications in various industries, including the mechanical engineering, automotive, logistics, packaging, food and beverages and chemical industries.
