Inductive Sensors

TURCK's flush-mounted and non-flush-mounted measuring inductive sensors promise high linearity and easy handling
TURCK is extending its sensor range to include measuring inductive sensors with IO-Link and analog output for flush and non-flush mounting. Thanks to the integrated microprocessor, the BI11-CK40 and NI11-CK40 models offer significantly improved linearity and accuracy, including temperature compensation, over a wide temperature range from -25 to +75 °C. The devices are the only sensors of this design to have a classic, adjustable voltage output of 0 to 10 V, while also featuring another switching output that can be freely parameterized via IO-Link and that provides precise measurement data and extensive diagnostic functions for predictive maintenance.
In addition, simple parameter transfer via IO-Link makes it easier to replace sensors in the event of a fault and minimizes production downtimes. With a long detection range of up to 25 mm and a minimum linearity deviation of less than 1 percent for the flush variant and less than 2.5 percent for the non-flush variant, the robust IP67 sensors offer maximum precision and reliability in a wide range of applications, such as in the fields of mechanical engineering, packaging, energy and automotive. The proven rectangular CK40 design allows for space-saving, flexible and easy-to-implement mounting solutions. The sensor head can be easily positioned in five directions using the tool supplied.
