Safe processes in production and logistics

UHF RFID as an efficiency booster for your industry: experience the versatile identification solutions from TURCK.

RFID

Digitalize your flow of goods with RFID systems

From incoming goods to production to dealers, RFID systems enable goods to be identified and located automatically. Use TURCK's versatile Q300 UHF read/write head with integrated I/Os and Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) to reliably detect tags. The connection of external antennas expands the application spectrum of the RFID reader: from high-range identification, to bulk readings and multiplex gate systems, to precise detection at item level.

Consistent identification of vehicle skids

Vehicles must be tracked throughout their entire production process: from body construction and painting to final assembly. TURCK offers special high-temperature data carriers for this purpose, which can withstand painting processes at temperatures of up to 230 °C. UHF systems guarantee their reliable identification.

Detect components with external near-field antennas with precise positioning

When individual components or products need to be identified, conventional UHF RFID read/write heads “see” too many tags. The irrelevant data carriers would therefore have to be sorted out using complex filtering or algorithms. Read how the Q300 solves this task more efficiently using external near-field antennas.

Multiplex operation with external antennas

TURCK's Q300 UHF RFID read/write head enables fast and reliable detection of goods at gates thanks to the multiplex operation of its connected antennas. See how the reader captures multiple data carriers “on-the-fly” even during fast passage – regardless of their position, condition, and distance.

Webinar: Faster Commissioning through RFID Daisy Chain and TAS

How can HF RFID projects be implemented quickly and cost-effectively? How can software help to find the right parameters and settings for the application? Thorsten Enthöfer, Product Manager RFID HF Systems, answers these and other questions in this recording of our live webinar entitled “Faster commissioning with RFID daisy chain and TAS.”

In this 30-minute webinar, you will learn:

  • Which analysis tools are offered by the RFID apps in TAS?
  • Why commissioning is child's play thanks to automatic addressing
  • How you can easily replace damaged RFID devices in plug-and-play mode
  • Why you don't need to keep replacement devices for all addresses
